What kind of leather do you use?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced Italian and Brazilian leathers. As a natural product, each piece has its own unique grain and character, designed to age beautifully over time.
How should I care for my leather bag or wallet?
We recommend using a natural leather conditioner every few months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, and wipe away any spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Status Anxiety products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately.
